We mainly work with WordPress, but can often help with Wix, Squarespace and common website tools where the issue is practical and accessible.

This fixed-price service covers investigation, diagnosis and practical troubleshooting of one specific website issue.

Standard support is scheduled. If the issue is urgent, tell us — if we can help quickly, we will confirm availability and confirm quote for your approval.

If the issue turns out to require more substantial development work, specialist support or changes outside our control, we will explain the options before proceeding.

Will you definitely fix the problem?

We will always investigate and diagnose the issue. Many problems can be resolved quickly. If the issue requires substantial development work or changes outside our control, we will explain the options available.

How long will you spend investigating?

This service covers investigation, diagnosis and troubleshooting of a specific website issue. Many problems can be identified and resolved quickly. If the issue turns out to require more extensive investigation or development work, we will explain the situation and discuss the options before proceeding.

What if my website isn't WordPress?

That is fine. While we frequently work with WordPress, we can also investigate websites built on Wix, Squarespace and other common platforms where appropriate.

Does this include follow-ups or ongoing support?

No. Website Support is a one-off troubleshooting service for a specific issue. If you would prefer ongoing management and maintenance, one of our managed services may be a better fit.

What if you can't help?

If it is clear the issue sits outside our expertise or is unlikely to benefit from our involvement, we will tell you. Where possible, we will point you in the right direction.

What happens if the problem is bigger than expected?

Sometimes an issue uncovers a larger problem. If that happens, we will explain what we have found, what can realistically be achieved within this service, and what your options are. No additional work will be undertaken without your agreement.
